What Is The Proper Way To Hang The US Flag?

According to Flag Etiquette, when displayed either horizontally or vertically against a wall, the union (or blue field) should be
uppermost and to the flag's own right, that is, to the observer's left.  When displayed in a window, the flag should be displayed
in the same way, with the union to the left of the observer in the street.

Can I Hang Two Different Country Flags On The Same Flag Pole ?

No.  According to Flag Etiquette, when flags of two or more nations are displayed, they should be the same size and flown from
separate staffs of the same height.  International usage forbids the display of the flag on one nation above that of another nation
        in time of peace.

How Do I Attach The Snaps To The Flag Rope?

A. Pinch halyard between thumb and forefinger, forming loop
B. Push loop through eye of snap hook -- continue pushing

until loop reaches end of snap hook.

C. Bring loop over end of snap -- fold back toward halyard

D. Pull snap hook in opposite direction, thus tightening it
  into position.

Affix second snap hook the appropriate distance above the
first, according to the size flag being flown, e.g.,
approximately 3' for 3x5 foot, 4' for 4x6 foot, etc.
